Description
Vital wheat gluten flour. Ideal ingredient for bread baking and also used to make vegetarian steaks and burgers. To make ‘gluten steaks’ – a meat alternative often called ‘seitan’ – mix 1 cup gluten flour with 3/4 cup of could water, knead well then cut the dough into slices and boil in your favourite broth for approx 1 hour.
