Organic soya chunks. Soak soya chunks in water or vegetable bouillon. Pre-season with tamari, chilli, garlic, herbs and spices if preferred and then leave for 10 minutes. Use soya chunks as a vegan meat alternative in stir-fries, traditional casserole dishes such as stroganoff, or simply pan fry in a little oil. Really good at absorbing flavours.
