Our plant-based succulent Kofu steak is made with fermented kombucha cultured tofu. Full of flavour and rich in protein, our vegan steak is perfect partnered with homemade sweet potato chips or a fresh garden salad.
Ingredients: Tofu* 60% (Water, soya beans*, coagulant: Kombucha* [black tea* with sugar* fermented into vinegar], and Nigari [magnesium chloride]), tomato puree*, soya flour*, sunflower oil*, Tamari* (soya sauce*), spices* (contains celery*), sea salt, onions*, yeast flakes*, lentils*, potato flakes*, corn starch*, thickening agent: locust bean gum*.
