There are many ways to support Sound Bites, here are some suggestions but it is not a finite list!
- Recycle for Sound Bites. Recycle unwanted mobiles and
ink cartridges and raise money for Sound Bites! Next to the till we have a collection box for unwanted
mobile phones and printer cartridges. Sound Bites gets a financial donation when we send them off for reuse.
Or you can pick up a 'freepost bag' from the shop to use to post up to 4 items for reuse.
- Switch to the Phone Co-op Sound Bites hosts a Phone Co-op Affinity Scheme. This means that The
Phone Co-op will pay Sound Bites a 6% commission on calls billed to customers who register to The Phone
Co-op quoting the Sound Bites code 407/AF0360.
The Phone Co-op is a telecommunications provider which is owned and controlled by its customers and has a genuine commitment to the environment. It also offers great value calls. Sound Bites has been using them for 2 years now and is happy to recommend them.

- Volunteer with us. There are lots of different jobs for volunteers to suit people with regular time to spare or those who can help out on a more ad hoc basis. Jobs include: Packing wholefoods, taking cardboard for recycling, creative things like window displays or designing leaflets, DIY, staffing stalls, shop cover, distributing leaflets, etc.
